Faster, Not Easier

A champion cyclist once said, "It doesn't get any easier, you just get faster."  Whether it's competing in a race or building a business, the same concept often applies.  Reaching your next business milestone doesn't necessarily mean that things are going to get easier.  But the point of it all isn't really about how easy it is; it's about how much you've improved.  Focusing more on the progress and less on the struggle is a better recipe for success.

Cheers,
